Hey South Jasponians!

 

What we know:

  • Lockdown mode. Self Isolation. CJ count = 13 days and counting. Let’s go!
  • It’s Spring! Yay. Starting to warm-up.

 

 

What we are doing:

  1. MLB game (now LIVE!): Was meant to be opening day today! 30 games being shown live by MLB at the mo (replays from the past). Checkout Blue Jays (hint: Jose epic bat flip game - ooooh, gives me goosebumps and how euphoric it was). Live game link [click here].
  2. Bodyweight Workout: credits to Stack.com (link [click here]). Try it out and let me know.
  3. Infielding Drills: “But coach, I didn’t have anyone to hit me fungos.” No need. Find a wall, grab a ball, here are just a few infield drills to get your work in. Get after it. Link [click here].
