2026 FALL BASEBALL SEASON
Callingwood Baseball Diamonds (173 St & 75 Ave, Edmonton)
The SJP Fall Ball Program runs from August 24 to October 4, 2026 (6 weeks)
The Fall Ball Season Goals are:
1. Continue development of fundamental skills, team defence and game knowledge
2. Extend the summer baseball season with additional practice time and games
3. Help to identify and develop player pools for A, AA and AAA baseball programs
4. For players moving up an age category next season, provide an opportunity to adjust
to increased pitching and base distances.
FALL BALL SEASON DETAILS
Practices: 2 times per week, 11U/13U - Monday and Wednesday, 6 to 7:30 PM, 15U/18U -
Tuesday and Thursday, 6 to 7:30 PM. 12 total practices @ 1.5 hours each.
Games: For each category that has 12 players or more, and has coaching support from
Parents, they will be entered into the Baseball Alberta Fall Ball League. Games are on
Saturdays in the month of September, 2 games per day (total of 8 games). Hosting may be
required.Note: for new or developing players participation in games is optional.
Travel: There may be some travel for games (out of town) depending on the location of
teams in the Baseball Alberta Fall League. Generally you would travel Saturday morning
returning later the same day.
Note: Timing may be subject to change with/without notice due to unforeseen
circumstances, inclement weather, air quality etc.
Age Groups
11U - Birth Years 2016 and 2017
13U - Birth Years 2014 and 2015
15U - Birth Years 2012 and 2013
18U - Birth Years 2009, 2010 and 2011 (overage is available, 2008 Birth Year)
Coaching:
We require head coaches for each fall ball team along with assistant coaches, if you are
interested please contact Cory: cory.moser@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Cost:
Registration fee is $275 per player, $500 per family (2 players)
Registration closes August 7, 2026
No refunds after commencement of Fall Ball seasons; please see refund policy as per
website. The cost is inclusive of team equipment, field maintenance, coaching and umpiring
fees. Each player will receive a hat and jersey to keep.
